Returns Information

What happens if I need to return a product?

If any product reaches you in less than perfect condition, please contact us to arrange a replacement and return of the product if necessary.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

• Gift cards are non-returnable

Under Distance Selling Act, you also have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods. To do this, you must notify us in writing within 14 days of purchase. We will refund your purchase less delivery charges within 14 days provided the items are returned unused and un-tampered with.

 

Inaccurate Address Information

All attempts will be made to deliver to the address and postcode as you have entered it. Pretty Gorgeous Jam Company is unable to accept liability for late or failed delivery due to incorrect or inaccurate information.
